Net Design Solutions, Inc., operating FlowFix Consulting ("we," "us," "our"), is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information.

1. Company Information

FlowFix Consulting is a consulting service operated by Net Design Solutions, Inc., a corporation registered in the State of Florida, United States of America. References to "FlowFix," "we," "us," or "our" throughout these Terms refer to Net Design Solutions, Inc. and its FlowFix Consulting service.

2. Services Description

FlowFix Consulting provides operational and strategic consulting services for small and mid-size businesses, including:

Diagnosis: Business diagnosis sessions using AI-powered tools to identify revenue leaks, operational bottlenecks, and AI opportunities.
Strategy: Growth strategy development, offer design, and 90-day roadmap creation.
AI Solutions & Architecture: AI solution architecture design, technology stack selection, workflow concept design, and implementation roadmap delivery. Note: FlowFix designs and architects solutions but does not necessarily build the final systems implementation is executed by the client or their technical team.

The free diagnosis session (valued at $200 USD) is provided at no cost as an introductory service. It does not constitute a commitment by either party to engage in paid services.

3. Disclaimer of Results

IMPORTANT: FlowFix Consulting provides advisory, consulting, and strategic services. We do not guarantee specific financial results, revenue increases, cost reductions, or business outcomes. Results depend on factors outside of our control, including but not limited to: market conditions, client execution, team capacity, and operational variables specific to each business.

The statistics and figures presented on our website (e.g., "30% time saved," "2x capacity") represent general industry benchmarks and potential outcomes based on our methodology. Actual results will vary for each client depending on their specific situation, industry, team, and level of implementation.

Our liability is limited to the total fees paid by the client under the applicable service agreement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.

4. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information about their business during all sessions and interactions.
Understand that final implementation of any recommendation is the client's sole responsibility.
Engage in good faith with the consulting process for best results.
Not hold FlowFix Consulting responsible for outcomes resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.

5. Payment Terms

For paid services, the following terms apply unless otherwise specified in a written service agreement:

Project-based services follow a 50% deposit upon agreement, 50% upon delivery structure.
Monthly retainer services are billed on the 1st of each month.
A late payment fee of 1.5% per month applies to balances unpaid after 5 business days.
Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer, PayPal, Zelle, Credit Card (Visa/Mastercard), or other method agreed in writing.

The free diagnosis session requires no payment and creates no financial obligation.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment for a paid engagement, the client owns all custom deliverables created specifically for them (reports, action plans, roadmaps, strategy documents).

Net Design Solutions, Inc. retains ownership of all methodologies, AI engines, frameworks, templates, and proprietary systems used in delivering the services — including the proprietary AI engines and methodologies used in service delivery. These agreements do not transfer ownership of any AI tools or consulting methodology.

All website content, branding, and materials are the property of Net Design Solutions, Inc. and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all proprietary information, business strategies, financial data, and trade secrets shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination for two (2) years.

FlowFix Consulting may use anonymized, non-identifiable case data for content, marketing, and educational purposes. No identifiable client information will ever be shared without explicit written consent.

8. Cancellation & Refunds

The free diagnosis session may be cancelled at any time with no penalty.
For paid project services: if cancelled by the client after work has begun, the 50% deposit is non-refundable.
If cancelled by FlowFix Consulting without cause, all payments received will be refunded pro-rata.
Monthly retainer services may be cancelled with 30 days written notice.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America. Any disputes shall first be attempted through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
